Caila MacLeod was raised in Edson, Alberta. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Alberta, and a Juris Doctor (with Honours) degree from Bond University. Her diverse background gives her the knowledge necessary to assist clients with a myriad of legal issues. While studying for her law degree, she worked as a research assistant who focused on franchise law. This experience lends itself to providing a strong foundation for a practice area that would become a major part of her legal career – small business and corporate law.
Caila grew up in a family that always owned small businesses. Entrepreneurial spirit is in her blood. Because of this, she has always had a passion for helping the owners of these businesses thrive and grow. While her clients concentrate on operating their company and looking for ways it can develop, Caila provides them with practical solutions for legal issues they face.
Outside of work, Caila enjoys watching the Oilers, going for walks with her dog Crosby, and hiking in the Hinton area.
